Q. How difficult is it to make a personalized product on your site?
A. It is extremely easy—select your desired product category, click to upload your photo(s) and click in the text box to add text, if desired.

Q. Do you offer different levels of personalization?
A. Yes, we offer our easy-to-use 4-click method for those that want to keep it simple, and we offer a full customization option for those that want to be much more creative and do a complete design on their own.

Q. What do I need to get started?
A. All you need is a single photograph.

Q. What are the requirements for my photograph(s)?
A. We recommend using photos in landscape format whenever possible, and we also recommend using photos taken as close-up as possible.

Q. Are there any technical specifications for my photos?
A. We recommend 300 dpi for images and logos. Photos taken with a 3+megapixel camera should be fine as long as the camera resolution is not set too low.

Q. How will I know if my images are satisfactory or not?
A. Once you have completed your personal design, you will be able to preview the final product on screen before purchasing.

Q. Can I return a personalized item for a refund or exchange?
A. We will happily replace any product that has a manufacturing or product defect. We will print your replacement product using the art design originally submitted. We do not offer refunds.

Q. Will I need to return the defective product to receive a replacement?
A. Yes, our customer service department will provide you with product return instructions.

Q. Can I cancel or revise an order after I have purchased it?
A. Unfortunately no—a key element of our timely customer service is that we submit your approved order to our lab for processing upon receipt.
